My Best New & Old Habits

I don’t always succeed at all of these, but I mostly do; and when I fail, I forgive myself and pick them back up again.

  • Waking up at 5am

  • Working out 2-3 times/week

  • Meditating every morning for 20 mins

  • Cooking nearly every meal

  • Reading before bed

  • Using a travel mug when buying coffee

  • Playing piano and learning new songs nearly every day

  • Clearing out my phone and computer files monthly

  • Posting a blog daily

  • Using accounting software to keep track of my income and expenses

  • Keeping my email inbox close to zero
